Given the sensitivity of NAÏYO jewelry metals to their surroundings, it is advisable to handle your jewelry with care and store it in a cool, dry place to minimize any signs of wear.
925 STERLING SILVER
925 sterling silver naturally develops a unique patina when exposed to various elements such as oxygen, sulfur particles, chemicals, liquids, and substances from the skin. To maintain its original luster, utilize a silver polishing cloth or immerse it in a dip bath containing a reducing agent.
18KY GOLD MICRON PLATING
18KY Gold Micron Plating, entails the electroplating of pure gold onto a base of 925 sterling silver. While the outer layer of gold may gradually diminish over time, it can be re-plated to rejuvenate its original hue. Gently clean your product with a soft cloth and refrain from exposing it to liquids.

REPAIRS
We do not offer re-plating services for jewelry. However, If you receive an item deemed faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Our quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects but not issues resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear.
JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS
SILVER AND GOLD-PLATED RINGS AND NECKLACES
• Storage: Keep your jewelry in a cool, dry place, ideally in a fabric-lined jewelry box or wrapped in a soft cloth. This protects it from scratches and tarnishing.
• Wear After Care: Apply cosmetics, hairsprays, lotions, and perfumes before wearing your jewelry. Chemicals in these products can damage the finish.
• Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently polish your jewelry. Avoid using chemical cleaners, which can strip the plating. For deeper cleans, a mild soap and water solution can be used. Dry thoroughly after washing.
• Limit Exposure: Remove jewelry during tasks that involve exposure to chemicals, such as cleaning, swimming, or exercising, to prevent tarnish.
• Avoid Moisture: Keep your jewelry dry. Moisture can accelerate tarnishing, so avoid wearing your pieces in the shower or while swimming.
EPOXY RESIN RINGS
• Handling: Handle your epoxy resin jewelry with care to avoid scratches and dents. Although resin is durable, it can get scratched or chip if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces.
• Cleaning: Clean with a soft, damp cloth. You can use a mild soap if necessary. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the surface.
• Sunlight Exposure: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the resin to become yellow over time. Store your jewelry out of direct sunlight when not in use.
• Heat: Avoid exposing your resin jewelry to excessive heat or direct sunlight for extended periods. High temperatures can cause the resin to soften or become misshapen.
• Chemicals: Remove your resin jewelry when applying lotions, perfumes, or using harsh chemicals to prevent surface damage.
Regularly inspect your jewelry for signs of wear or damage, such as loose settings or weakened clasps, and seek professional repair when necessary. Consider having your jewelry professionally cleaned once a year to maintain its sparkle and integrity. We are currently shipping to Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, Norway, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom
- Shipping Rates: Rates to your location are calculated automatically at checkout.
- Customer Information: All International Orders must have a phone # and email for the recipient of the delivery when creating the order.
- Carrier Option: We ship internationally using USPS First Class Mail International. Shipping to Israel is only available at this time.
- Customs Duties: The recipient of the order is responsible for the tax and duty fees charged by customs to release the package for delivery.
- Delivery Timing: International orders may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. This timeline can vary depending on customs clearance processes and the specific destination.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Your order can be delivered to your home or a local service point, with notifications sent via email or text message. Tracking information is provided for all orders. Please anticipate longer delivery times for rural areas.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by payment processing or stock availability. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Refusal of delivery or incorrect information may result in deductions from your refund.
Upon shipment of your order, you'll receive a confirmation email containing relevant tracking details. During peak seasons, please allow for additional processing time. Possible delays may arise from payment authorizations, product availability, or customs processing, potentially extending delivery times. Your patience during busy periods is greatly appreciated. Exceptions to this timeframe may include:
• Made-to-order items, such as objects, which are crafted specifically for the customer after an order is placed. Estimated delivery timelines are provided on the respective product page.
• Items with extended delivery timelines. The estimated delivery time frame will be displayed on the product page, during checkout, and in the order confirmation email.
LOST ORDER ASSISTANCE

RETURN TO SENDER SUPPORT
If your package is returned to our warehouse, please get in touch with us for further assistance.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please note that returns from online purchases cannot be processed in our physical stores, and similarly, items bought in-store cannot be returned online.
All return and/or exchange requests must be filed within 14 days of receipt of the order by emailing us at info@naiyonewyork.com. Please let us know the reason for the return/exchange and which item(s) are being returned from your order. In the event of an exchange/return, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item(s)*.
All items must be returned:
- Unused and In the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- With the packing slip
- For returns: a note stating why the item is being returned
- For exchanges: a note with the new item and size preferred

EXCHANGES
Processing an exchange can take up to 14 business days once we receive the return. A new order will be created provided the item is in stock* and tracking information will be emailed to you once the new order is shipped.
*If the item is sold out, we will email you.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your method of payment unless there is an issue with the return. In this case, we will notify you through email. Please note, the refund may take up to 15 business days to process/post on your statement and is dependent upon your card issuer's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be deducted when refunding the order/item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you do not see the credit posted on your statement, please double check and see if the refund is pending. Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take several business days before your refund is officially posted. SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be returned, sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
